Left full-time journalism to write ‘White Mischief,’ 1982; ‘The Langhorne Sisters,’ (‘Five Sisters’ USA) 1992; co-authored ‘Life’, the autobiography of Keith Richards, 2010, winner of the Norman Mailer Prize.
